Policies

Please review the information below before purchasing. By purchasing from Machine Art Motors, you agree to these policies and license terms.

General Purchase Information

  • All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • HST is collected when required.
  • Standard artwork size is 19 x 13 unless otherwise noted.
  • Other sizes may be available by request.
  • Questions about an order can be sent to machineartmotors@outlook.com.

Digital File Delivery

  • Ready-made shop purchases are delivered as digital files unless otherwise stated.
  • Physical prints are not automatically included with digital file purchases.
  • If local print arrangements are offered, they will be handled separately and only when available.
  • Please be sure your email and checkout details are correct when purchasing.

Digital Download License

All digital artwork files sold by Machine Art Motors are provided under a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may download and print the purchased file for your own personal use and display.
  • You may not share, transfer, resell, redistribute, or upload the file for others to use.
  • You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, advertising, resale prints, branding, or promotional materials without written permission.
  • You may not reproduce the artwork in bulk or mass quantities.
  • You may not edit, alter, trace, or create derivative works from the artwork for resale or commercial use without written permission.
  • Purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership, or commercial rights.

Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with Machine Art Motors unless separately granted in writing.

Custom Artwork

  • Custom artwork is quoted separately based on subject, complexity, and intended use.
  • Custom projects may require a deposit before work begins.
  • Usage rights for custom work may differ from ready-made shop files and will be clarified when quoted.
  • Commercial use, branding use, resale rights, or extended licensing must be agreed to in writing.

Refunds & Returns

  • Because digital files cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
  • If there is a problem with your order, contact Machine Art Motors as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
  • Any exception or correction request will be handled case by case.
